The Aldergrove Credit Union Community Centre in Langley opened in the summer of 2018 and offers a variety of unique recreation features to the community.
The aquatics complex is the centrepiece of the project and features outdoor water amenities for a full twelve month season. In the summer, the water park will feature numerous outdoor pool experiences ranging from competitive to tots programming. In winter, the 25 metre lanes, lifestyle pool, and hot tub will remain open under a large wood canopy cover offering Greater Vancouver its only year-round outdoor swimming experience.
Complementary to the pool is the arena complex. This 600-seat arena is home to the Aldergrove Ironmen Junior ‘A’ Hockey Team as well as minor hockey, figure skating, ringette, and lacrosse programs. The community centre offers fitness and multi-purpose spaces as well as a running track to provide year-round activity within the complex. Support amenities include concession, public skate area, and the outdoor pool’s bathhouse amenities.
