The Aldergrove Ironmen are rebuilding strong- and we’re hunting top-tier talent for the 2026/2027 season. FVSL plays PHJL rules, 5-on-5, OT 3-on-3 then shootout.
Our spring program consists of Elite Coaching with practices starting April 1 twice a week at the Langley Sportsplex every Wednesday and Thursday evening at 9:15. Dryland once a week. Games on Saturdays. Final league game June 13th. Playoffs start the following week!
